Yes. Creating an account, publishing a profile or a job, applying and messaging are all free. The only paid option is “Featured”, to show first, and it’s optional.

Haitian Creole, French and English. Switch language at the top of the page. You can search in any of the three.

Anyone aged 18 or over. You give your date of birth when you sign up, and each person may have only one account.

Yes. On the page, tap “Install the app” (on iPhone: the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”). You can then turn on phone notifications in Settings.

Go to “Find talent”, describe what you need or pick a category. Compare portfolios, prices and reviews, then send a message or a quote request.

Sign in, open your dashboard and tap “Post a job”. Describe the work, the budget and the date. You’ll be notified when talent applies.

For now, AYITISKILL doesn’t handle payments. The client and the talent agree on the price and how to pay. Write the agreement in the project, and never send all the money upfront to someone you don’t know yet.

You may, but AYITISKILL isn’t responsible for work, payments or agreements made outside the platform, and the team won’t be able to help if something goes wrong. You also won’t be able to leave a review for that work. To be protected, make the agreement in a project on the site.

Only a client with a project on AYITISKILL with the talent, delivered or completed. The project starts automatically when you hire the talent or they accept your quote request. Work done outside the platform can’t be reviewed.

Sign up as talent, fill in your profile (name, title, description, category, rates), add your best work to the portfolio, then publish the profile.

Check three things: the profile is published, your date of birth is set in Settings (you must be 18 for the profile to show), and the team hasn’t hidden it for breaking a rule.

In Settings, send a photo of your ID. The team reviews it and answers you by email. The photo stays private.

How many people visit your profile, how often you appear in searches and how many click to contact you, day by day. Only you can see them.

When a client hires a talent, or a talent accepts a quote request, a project starts automatically. It keeps the price, the date and every step, so both sides always agree on the same thing.

The client accepts the work or asks for changes. If the client doesn’t answer within 14 days of delivery, the project is completed automatically.

In the project, tap “Ask the team for help”. The team will read the project history and the conversation to help you find a solution.

On the Sign in page, tap “Forgot your password?”. You’ll get a link by email to choose a new one.

Turn on 2-step verification in Settings, use a password you don’t use anywhere else, and never give anyone the codes you receive. The AYITISKILL team will never ask for your password.

Every profile, job and conversation has a “Report” button. Reports are private: the person won’t know it was you.

In Settings, at the very bottom, “Delete my account”. This erases your profile and your information.
